The installer seemed to do good job, having to sort out pipes of leaking old disposal. I seemed to be noisy thinking it was the new disposal. but the unit fell off after leaking under the sink when it fell. I had the card of the installer from Angie's but he did not call for 2 weeks. so I called Angie's and they sent the installer to reinstall. He had no explanation why it fell off but the sound is quieter now and not leaking. He did not say why he did not come. back but likely what Angie asks them to call Angie back. He just didn't call and did not to tell me Angie needs to be called first. so now I know what to do, but he won't be coming back.
Walmart held up there end with a timely installation. The Angi installation is where there was an issue. The young man arrived on time and was personable. The problem was the installation tech did not remove the knock out plug to where the drain hose goes into the the disposal so the water would drain from the dishwasher. I ran the dishwasher and it was a mess. I reached out to the installer and did not get a response. Had to get on the internet to fi find the resolve which was after seeing a video it showed how to remove knock out plug which I did and it working. A professional installer should have known that. There was a bit of a mess caused by didhwaswasher not draining. I did contact Walmart and they gave me a resolve. I highly reccomend Walmart
This service never happened. Tech called that morning for job details, decided he didn't want the job and made me cancel it. It was within the 24-hour window, so I was told I had to pay the $25 fee. He didn't want to cancel because I guess that gives him a black mark. So, he made me do it. The next paragraph is what I went through to not get charged $25. I had to explain the tech called me for more info on the project at 8:30 am for a 3 pm appointment, then declined the job after he was told what I needed. HE told me to cancel and when he sees I did, he would call back. (He did not). He would not cancel himself. HE made ME do it. I had to explain this (4 plus) times on a keyboard chat before I could verify I would not be charged the $25 fee. We just went round and round. Way too much work for something I didn't get! So now I'm stuck with a ceiling fan sitting on a table. Oh, and now I get to wait for 10 or 15 days for Walmart to refund my $149.
I purchased the garage door opener in the beginning of June. the installation was scheduled and rescheduled three times with no installation available. I returned the unit at the end of June and here it is July 4th and I still have not received a refund so how can I be very highly of this and recommend it and I do not.
Angi was totally lacking. Had 3 different attempts to install. 1. The first installer appeared two hours early. Thought he was supposed to be installing a lock. I had no idea how to install a garage door. He unpacked the unit and we both decided he was not knowledgeable enough to do the installation. 2. Another installer was scheduled for a week later. He never showed up and did not call me. 3. Another installer was scheduled for a week later. He came and remove the old unit and installed a new one. When he tried to program it, he let it go too far up. Long story short, he fried printed circuit board and physically had a cut parts of the unit to unjam it. I got you need to send me a new printer circuit board. When is arrived and installed and checked the installation. Most of the attachment screws were either missing or not tight. It was a good thing then he fried the unit because the installation was mechanically terrible. 4. I eventually had to hire a local Garage Door contractor, American Door, They charged me an additional $150 to come and inspect the unit and program it properly. The two people that showed up from Angie were a great guys, but not knowledgeable in what they were supposed to do. Angie was difficult to contact and did not have personnel that should've been installing garage door openers. All in all was a horrid experience, which caused me extra money and a great deal of time. I was much more knowledgeable on how to install the door than the people they sent. I am 85 years old and should not have been climbing on a ladder due to my medical conditions. All in all I would say never use Angie again
The first person assigned to install the toilet by Angi called us the day before to ask us for more money. When Angi scheduled someone else, we were subsequently told that our order did not include widening the hole of the toilet by trimming at tile to accommodate the new Smart Toilet. Angi therefore canceled the order and said that they are processing a refund! The whole experience was extremely frustrating, and a waste of time and now we have to find someone else to do installation!! Angi was terrible.
Installing through Angie was not acceptable. The installation was canceled twice. The second installation was canceled 4 hours before the plumber was to be at the house. I found a local plumber who had it installed before the time of the canceled installation. He charged $25 less than the cost of Angie. Due to the scheduling delays, it took about 14 days from the time I received the disposal to the installation.
The ceiling fans were fine, but I got ripped off by Walmart, Angie's list, and the installer. Since the installer, who was already paid by Angie's list, could not install the fans without extra parts, the installer asked me to cancel the order with Angie's list which I did. had to then pay the installer directly and extra money to get the fans installed. Angie's list promised me a refund either by them or Walmart. Despite multiple calls to Walmart Customer service my issue has still not been resolved and I'm out well over $500. Walmart did not do well with this transaction. Beware when using Walmart's installers .
I paid for this service weeks ago and have yet to have my doorbell installed which by the way is a 10 minute or less job and these people have canceled twice therefore still no doorbell has been installed. they claim they canceled because my area is a known drug area which is not true but my question is what does that have to do with a doorbell installation that only takes a few minutes. another part I don't like is they cancel the date of at the time they are supposed to be here after I've made plans to be at home waiting on them. I was calling and texting the worker and I was ignored and it wasn't until I called the customer service line when I found out my appointment was canceled. I will never book this company again never ever never!!!!! no one at the company seems to care that my appointment keeps getting canceled for a dumb reason. no one is looking at the fact that I have paid my money therefore I am owed a service. ANGI IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
Toilet itself works great. Surprising flushing pressure. Bidet function is nice. The Angi service provider was professional, and communicated great. Just do not buy the Bidet Attachment Installation, because the toilet already comes with it installed. I wasted my time on and money on that service.
