As good or better than Sominex. Non habit forming
These are the exact nighttime sleep aid as Sominex but theirs is 3 X's more costly. I've used these for years now with no weird side effects, no withdrawal at all when I quit until next time. (They are non habit forming) and I'm not groggy in the morning. Easy to swallow, and it has no taste whatsoever.. I highly recommend these and there are several sellers of the same identical OTC meds here, so I make sure I get the best price between them all.

I take these sleep aids at night because I have bad arthritis and sometimes I cannot sleep and when I take one of them I fall asleep fast and I sleep soundly through the night highly recommend them

Out of all sleep aids I've taken, these have the least effectiveness. I've given them a try a few times, but 2 of these, no matter what the ingredients or box says, doesn't match just one benadryl.

Expiring on June'2024
Hello, Received today. The sleep aid I ordered has expiration on June'2024. It has 180 capsules. I cannot consume 180 capsules in 3 months. Don't you have at least 6 months before expiration? I am disappointed.
