This remote is a great addition to our living room. No fighting over the remote or panicking over lost remote. This remote has the same buttons and looks exactly like the Samsung remote only it is missing the Samsung name at the bottom of the remote. The functions work the same, this is a Great remote for the price.

This is a perfect replacement to add voice functionality to Samsung TVs that come with a remote that doesn't have it. Just press two buttons to activate.

Some of the buttons are a lil too sensitive and I don't like that the ok button doesn't have the raised feel to identify it better. But, other than that the remote works good. It was literally automatically installed to my Samsung TV.

Just what I needed after my Samsung TV did not come with the Voice remote, even though it is needed for the voice commands.

The voice command doesn't work. When I push a botton like a channel button it moves up or down 2-3 channels at a time. The remote has to be pointed exactly at the TV for it to work.

audio is unsable. video isn't 4k. remote voice will only work with one remote. notice keep showing network not working of and on since . got. remote to small and slippery holding it. difficult for seniors to understand. selections of programs and other too confusing.

I ordered two of these remotes received only one with no explanation or paperwork. Shipped loose in a box with no packing material just rattling around. I am not sure if another one will arrive or will I be credited for the other one.

It is a very poor quality remote control for a TV. The worst I have ever had. The buttons are squishy and spongy --- and unresponsive most of the time. You have to push them multiple times to get it to communicate anything with the Samsung Crystal SmartTV. And you have to press them very hard in your hope they will work.

This remote control is really bad. It does not react when it is pressed, It is just bad all round. functionality is like a 2%. When the buttons are pressed, they do not work immediately. the voice control is also a sham
