Love the bike it’s amazing. It’s really fast and the battery life last a long time. Don’t take very long to charge up but I highly highly recommend buying a different seat. Maybe even upgrading the rims but other than that right out the box after putting it together it’s been amazing And I’m definitely loving it! Also, I would highly recommend buying some fenders, so the bike doesn’t get so muddy

I bought this for Christmas present for my son. He has just put 700 miles on it. He goes everywhere with his friends. No issues yet. Very impressed.

We like the bike the motor works well just handle bars are low.

I havent even made the first payment and the bike stopped working. It is showing a code E09. i have disconnected everything and reconnected but it just shows the same code again.

The bike works fine, but it is 36V not 48V; 350W not 500W; and only 7 speeds not 21 speeds. I don’t know how you can get away with such false information in advertising.

Junk !! The seat will not fit and now it is stuck. It only fit about two inches in and unable to ride. DO NOT BUY!

Do not buy you will not be able to get any assistance from Walmart or the manufacturer. It's hard to assemble, the led flashes, battery is crap. I have been trying for over 10 days to get assistance! Maybe I got a lemon but either way I have an e-bike I cannot use or return! Total rip off!!!!

I unfortunately ordered this bike for the summer. Battery did not work. I reached out to the company and they are working on sending another battery out. I've had this bike for a month or more now, just sitting. They say the batteries are held up at customs and the process should be dont by the end of this month. By the time I get this battery (hopefully it works whenever it arrives) the summer will be over unfortunately. I am accepting my loss, but save yourself and your family the grief. Trust me. It is not worth your hard earned money.
