Gourmia 22 Inch Ceramic Nonstick Electric Griddle with Adjustable Temperature, Gray

I first used my griddle on Christmas. I set the temp for400' for pancakes. It was way too hot and i burned the first couple of batches. After adjusting the temp, it worked out perfectly. Just play with the temperature for what you want to cook. I really do like my griddle.

The griddle is great just the right size. And it heats from the edge to edge. This is the reason I chose this particular model. The ceramic top is great nonstick. I don't have to use spray or oil if I don't want to I would definitely recommend this to anyone out there looking for a good electric griddle.

works as expected. I suspect that you should use non metal tools to retain the nonstick finish. I always use non metal utensils on nonstick surfaces to increase the life of the product.

The griddle represents the next generation of non-stick cookware. I've made pancakes using a frying pan for years. It takes a lot of trial and error to get the temperature just right. With the griddle, I just set it and forget it. Perfect pancake color every time!

Needed to replace my old griddle, Really a nice one ,Bacon doesn't stick,Eggs cook great,And meat cooks great.

I'm not pleased with this product. I seasoned like instructions said, but burner element shows on griddle and it heats unevenly. I like the size and drip pan. I would have returned but didn't keep the box.

cooks along the outer edge and the grease drain is pointless, all liquids evaporate long before making it to the drain. i ended up losing food down the drain instead of grease

The heating element was not as advertised. It was advertised and pictured as having a S shaped element and edge to edge heating. It had the typical one C shaped element.

Temperature adjustment doesn't work. It keeps burning the outside of my pancakes, and other things. I keep lowering the temperature so it'll cook slower on the outside and allow the inside to cook. Even dropping the temperature control to 250 causes the outside to burn and leave the inside raw. Also, griddle is noticeably sagging in the middle after using maybe 10 times. Only had it a couple of months.

Too many hot spots where things burn and others are not cooked through. I am returning to my local store
