It's just as good as the name brands.
This is just as good as the name brand garlic powder. I love the size and the price. It is easy to sprinkle over my meals as I'm making them. I love the smell of the garlic in my meals.

tastes fine
This has a lovely taste and great when I don't have fresh garlic. I AM a bit confused because it sure looks like garlic powder. I expected the granules to be a bit bigger. I won't take off a star because maybe I've got unreasonable expectations. OTOH I won't buy it again.

I like this garlic because it flowed with no clumps, and a nice true garlic flavor with not strange aftertaste.
