i went to the culinary institute of america in 1996 love the walmart brands. i check for rocks while i eat it. boil any type of beans kidney, black, gonzo, kermie, in a gallon of water with 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoons of salt for an hour uncovered, you dont need the overnight or quick method. i just told you who to what wheres!

Something different for dinner
With the pandemic, it's not always easy to find things you need. I tried black beans for the first time and was very pleased with the taste. It gives you something different, with a very good taste.

These beans are delicious. I bake them in a crockpot and eat it with tacos or nachos and lime salsa....yum!!!!

Good cheap beans!
These beans where used to make a black bean chili with mushrooms, tomatillos, and chipotle chilies. Beans are a great value and taste great!
