Thanks be to GOD!! The best one.
I've tried many brands of xanthan gum. I usually buy it in bulk. I'd seen that this one had many negative reviews so never bought it. I ran out and bought this to get me thru for a couple days and Wow, am I glad I did. It works amazing. I'm using 1/3 less in my recipe than with the other 2 brands I'd been using. I'm not sure why it is getting bad reviews. It works prefect and will be my new go to xanthan gum. Thank GOD!!

its the only gluten free Xanthan gum that doesnt upset my stomach. This one really works , and thickens up my dishes well.

Used for Starbucks homemade drinks
First time buying this product. Used it to make my favorite Starbucks drink that's no longer on menu. It helped keep drink from separating. However, had a belly ache shortly afterwards, not sure if it was the xantham gum or the other milky items used.

perfect for Ninja creamy. a little gummy residue
works perfectly in my ninja creamy. makes the ice cream thick and creamy. kind of hard to mix in as it likes to clump. also a little bit sticks to bottom of Bowl in crevice. have to dig out with bottle brush
