These are great to get rid of the arthritus pain in my hips. These worked wonderfully since the day I started them. I highly recommend them for anyone who suffers with hip pain.

Haven't used long enough to report.
I haven't taken these supplements long enough to give an honest review. As of this review, I have only been taking 18 days and I plan to take them for at least 60 or 90 days to determine if I notice any difference to continue taking them. Afterwhich I should be able to provide a more in depth review.

Disappointing
I read they great reviews and I really hoped it would help. My skin is thin and my joints hurt. After a month I didnt see any improvement and I would have continued but it really constipated me that I just had to stop. A a week after stopping I feel a lot better.
