Great to use in olive oil for your base in cooking. nicely adds flavor to fried potatoes. rice dish, chili, taco meat, stewed beans. gives a hint of heat to BBQ grilled chicken .
Realy good flavor. Mildly spicy and not too hot. Better than other chili powder that I have purchased elsewhere.
Added to home made chilli, it gives an extra favor that is delicious.
Great and fast shipping but it needs better packing since all my orders come overseas.
It's easier to use than the dried chilies. Less work, don't have to rehydrate, blend or strain.
I would buy this again because I don't fine ground to often to be delivered But it's not the best I had
Prefer the dried chillis over the powder. The color of the powder is yellow and these chilis are very much red.
This particular spice is strangely hard to find, but I don't recommend purchasing this brand. Arrives stale - flavor is lacking (beware - it will ruin a pot of chili)… and it's overpriced.
