This is our 2nd one. We love it
This is a game game changer ! This was at my recently. Passed away, MIL, and she Bestintroduced it to me The can lids come off remarkably easy. I would recommend this the elderly. This comes to be such a spoiled part of my making meals. IT never fails opening cans
I love this can opener. I have purchased other can openers at various price points and from many different sources. Manual, hand held, electric counter models. I initially was put off when I saw the price of this item but when my elderly mother needed something she could operate reliably, I came off the wallet and I am glad I did! The appliance operates with ease for 89 y/o arthritic hands. Cuts clean with no jagged edges to rip you open. Also went with the extended warranty from Walmart (just in case). I am so impressed with this purchase, I'm adding one to the cart for myself!
Great can opener. Easy to use and reliable. Opens pull tab cans too. Safe lid comes off with no sharp edges. Bought a second one just to have on hand.
Can opener works great! i have arthritis in my hands and my manual can opener was getting impossible for me to use. This electric can opener is simple and so easy to use! Best can opener i have had in years!
Awesome can opener that leaves NO sharp edges.. I happened to nab 2 when they were on sale; one for myself, one for my momma. She loves hers as well, as she's a frequent baker; opening a lot of cans for pies, and whatnot. 5 stars.
Bought one of these several years ago. and just bought another for a gift. You ever get one, you'll never buy another type. My brother in law was buying a new can opener every six months to a year. Now he swears by it, not at it. Open the dog food can and slip the lid back on when you're done. When the can is empty, squeeze the can and drop in the lid. No more washing can covers. Do not reuse the cans, because they have a plastic liner that can be scratched and cause poisoning. Liners are food specific. What works for one food may not work on another. Be safe.
No sharp edges on cans anymore. Much better than top cutting can openers. I have only used it a few times, but like it so far. Cleaning the blade is more difficult than other can openers though.
For some reason the can opener I just purchased from Walmart.com is a lot more noisier, then the same one my sister owns. She has had hers for say 7 years or longer. I just hope mine will last as long.
Though it is built very good, it would not open Food Club cans. I tried 4 different cans. I buy these most often. It did open up Tuna Fish Can and a Sauce can. I am returning it.
