Vacuum works well for the money spent and does the job. My only recommendation would be a battery with longer life. I researched Hart batteries and it is more expensive to purchase 1 battery that came in the vacuum than it is to purchase the vacuum with that same battery included. Perplexing!! These Batteries need to be more affordable.

I own several awesome Hart items and this High Capacity Stick Vac (KIT) is no exception. It is so simple and fun to use that even my teenager enjoys vacuuming the house. The suction is amazing. It picks up everything in its way. I especially appreciate that it is a cordless vacuum. It is so much easier and faster to move around, that the cleaning gets done even quicker. I love that the charger and 20v battery is included. The battery can be used with other compatible 20v products. This is a definite must have in every home and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg like other vacs. Get it, you won’t regret it.

Once you figure out how to turn the battery to put it into the vacuum and also the charger, you have it made. It has great suction and does extremely well on both tile and wood floors. If you have a couple of area rugs that are a little stiff and a bit thick, it works like a gem on them, too. If the area rugs are thin however, it will clog the vacuum up and you will have to turn off the vacuum and pull the rug from the vacuum. Best to just shake them out. I learned the hard way not to vacuum an area rug that has a snag on it. The vacuum grabbed the snag and unraveled a nice long strip from the rug before I could turn the vacuum off, but easy to pull the string off of the roller. We have two indoor cats and the vacuum has NO problem picking up the scattered litter or the cat hair. Works like a charm!!! I would not recommend using it if you only have carpet throughout the house, though. Really great not having to plug and unplug into outlets. The steering is loose but makes it simple to maneuver. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a light on it. I used to think a light on a vacuum was ridiculous but now have a totally different view of them. If I were the manufacturer, adding a light would be the only improvement needed! Otherwise, the vacuum does exactly as it should and I would recommend it to anyone! I bought two because they were on sale and don't regret it at all. It actually takes two to be able to vacuum the entire house. Great value if you can buy on sale. I give the vacuum a 4.99 star rating only because a light would be a welcomed feature.

I wasn't sure how well this vacuum would work compared to my Dyson, but it ourperformed it on almost every level. I vacuumed my bedroom rug with my Dyson and then vacummed it with the Hart and the Hart canister collected everything the Dyson left behind. The Dyson wins in mobility, but it lost in every other comparison.

I HIGHLY recommend this vacuum…best kitchen one I have ever had to clean daily after dinner with! High powered suction and a bit noisy, but does a great job with all kinds of floor surfaces…easy to put together as well! Worth the money I promise!!!

I had several battery operated vacuum by far this is the best!! battery last for days !! very rarely gets clogged and the do it chamber holds a ton !!!!!!

I am a big fan of this vacuum, it gets into corners that is otherwise hard to conquer. It is light enough so is not too tiring, so far of course because is new it had good suction we shall see if it remains like this with time. It is relatively easy to empty.

I would if the company would send me the battery that’s supposed to be included . Specifically I reordered one which they sent the wrong one! The one that originally was supposed to work didn’t charge at all. The company was really nice and professional and then someone said they sent the wrong one based on the code. I’ve reordered the correct one and they said it would take some extra time. I’m still waiting to receive the battery. 20 Amp please and sorry for the inconvenience.D

Vacuum itself worked pretty good for about 2 months until the power button flaked out. It was an online order and to begin with I had to drive 70 miles to drop the vacuum off for warranty work only for a few days later to get a call saying I need an actual paper receipt. Hart customer service is terrible. They have been leading me in circles with phone numbers to call that aren’t even in service. Last Hart tool I will ever buy.

Do not waste your money! The suction power is terrible! I have to make 2 or 3 passes just to pick up crumbs. It does NOT clean along edges, no matter how you position the head, the edges do not get clean The roller keeps stopping once you go over a mat or a rug. Its a pain to keep starting it. Its terribly NOISY! I bought a cheap vacuum off of TikTok and it works 1000% better. Too bad I am past the return window, It would go back.
