So far so good
I like that this is a high potency dose and it feels like it makes everything pass more easily and frequently, I will continue taking this so far I'm liking it

High quality and convenient
This is the second time I have bought this brand of ginger capsules. It is high-quality, as the capsules are vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free. The high dose per capsule means that you don't have to swallow too many capsules to get a sufficient quantity of ginger. The label says they help digestion. In addition to that, I also take them to prevent nausea and sea sickness while on cruise ships.

Helpful, but not for me. Try for yourself.
I used approximately half of the bottle until I started having stomach discomfort. However, it did seem to help with the parastolsis action of the bowel. They were an easy swallow size. There is no problem with this product, just my sensitive stomach.
