i have been experiencing lower back pain. i was on the verge of begging my Dr. for pain pills. I decided to try Tumeric. I invested in Tumeric w/ginger capsules. On day 4 I was doing as much housework as I could before the back pain. A couple of hours later, my daughter asked me if my back was hurting? It was then that I realized that the capsules had started kicking in. This was also half the price of name brands. Great choice!

Always take turmeric. The size is great! The ginger is a plus. Turmeric is a go to for joint support that gets noticed by me.

seem to work ok, no side effects. a big dose, 4 capsules at once. i have to split them up!
