So far I have used it to make mac %26 cheese. Although it clumped up. It was very tasty. The second time I made m%26c, I tried a different way to make the sauce. I poured some of the powder in a small bowl, added melted butter and milk and whisked it together. Easier to work out the lumps and easy to adjust items. Easy to pour on the Mac. I've added to spaghetti sauce making a great change in flavor. Also added to popcorn. . . yummy!
Other than the clumping issue, I find it easy to add to veggies. Experiment, you will find yourself adding it to everything!
