I do think this has helped me. I was having much difficulty falling asleep at night. I could feel my heart racing and I was so restless. I would be awake most night until 2 to 4 am. After a lot of research I felt my cortisol level was high at night. I tried several things, different supplements, mediation, sound machine, etc. This is the only thing I have found that seems to be helping. I am going to sleep pretty shortly after going to bed and sleeping until around 4 am. Most of the time I can go back to sleep after a trip to the bathroom.

I've been taking this less than a week and already noticing small changes in my energy and sleep quality. It has been easy on the stomach and easier to swallow. Eager to see the long term benefits of taking this!

My cortisol level is greater than it should be since I have adrenal problems. I take one or two capsules before bed, and it improves my sleep quality significantly. I now get 6 to 7 hours of sleep practically every night instead of 4 or 5 hours. This product's name is Cortisol Manager, which is an excellent fit. I highly recommend this supplement and I will definitely order again!

I ordered this supplementbased on other people's recommendations. I took it to sleep. It does assist me in getting a good night's sleep. I couldn't sleep without melatonin because I kept waking up throughout the night due to frequent urination. This has now stopped, but I am extremely groggy when I wake up. I am hoping this will go away. I also had a strong desire for coffee, which I read could be related to adrenal issues. This, too, has decreased. I craved about 6 cups of coffee per day. I now drink around 2 o'clock. I take one pill before going to bed. I have beentaking thisfor about 2 weeks andIt has also helped meto regulate my bowels.

I would like to write a review after using the product for at least a month, so that it had time to settle into my system and I could iron out any kinks (based on some of the other reviews). I will update soon and share my experience with this supplement after a month!

My doctor conducted tests and discovered that my cortisol levels were elevated in the morning. He recommended that I take his brand of adrenal supplement, which was somewhat costly. After doing some research, I discovered that this had similar ingredients and is far less expensive, so I decided to give it a try. I could tell the difference right away. I take this first thing in the morning to help me wake up and feel aware. I used to have trouble getting out of bed in the morning and feeling lethargic, but that is no longer the case. I absolutely adore this stuff and will not be without it.
