I do think this has helped me. I was having much difficulty falling asleep at night. I could feel my heart racing and I was so restless. I would be awake most night until 2 to 4 am. After a lot of research I felt my cortisol level was high at night. I tried several things, different supplements, mediation, sound machine, etc. This is the only thing I have found that seems to be helping. I am going to sleep pretty shortly after going to bed and sleeping until around 4 am. Most of the time I can go back to sleep after a trip to the bathroom.

Overall its working Im resting better and I feel more energetic when I wake up. I take it before bedtime.

This is my second purchase of this supplement. I've been very pleased with the product. It does seem to help with my cortisol-related symptoms.

I've been taking this less than a week and already noticing small changes in my energy and sleep quality. It has been easy on the stomach and easier to swallow. Eager to see the long term benefits of taking this!

Product didn't seem to work for me. Didn't agree with my body. Quit using it and will not order it again.

Like another stated, this caused heat palpitations. This is why it says on the bottle if you notice side effects, stop taking it.
