Has a sweet taste and a hint of tangy
Borrow looks really cute! This sauce hits different, it’s definitely less vinegary tasting than other steak sauces. It’s tomato based similar to ketchup but thinner.

Trusted Years of Flavor
The price has gone up sky high! If you love the flavor, you pay the price. Great meat marinade. Toss the BBQ sauce %26 use 57 for a flavor burst! Great in meatloaf, mix in hamburger meat then make pattys. Marinade steaks or chicken at least 3 hours. Overnight even better. Use as dip for steak fingers or chicken bites.

As far as I'm concerned.. there is nothing better to put on my roast!! I even add a little bit to my baked potato!! It is very tangy.. I have tried several different kinds but I haven't found anything yet that tastes as good as this!!... It's a little pricey but a little bit goes a long way and a bottle will last you a long time!! I highly recommend that you give a try!! You will love it

I’ve been using Heinz 57 for years, and it’s still one of those staples I can’t go without. It has that perfect tang—sort of a mix between a steak sauce and a zesty ketchup—that just works on everything. While it's a classic for steak, I actually love using it on chicken wings or as a base for a smoky marinade, and even on an egg sandwich! It’s got a great consistency that isn’t too runny, so it actually stays on your food. If you're looking for something that adds a bit of a "kick" without being spicy, this is definitely the bottle to keep in the pantry!

I only gave it a 2 star on spicy 'cause it's pretty tame compared to sweet baby Ray's but holy cow they combined sweet and savory into a sauce and I had no idea it existed until my roommate shared some of his with me. best part is: I don't -Think- it needs to be refrigerated and I'm not a huge fan of cold sauces. thanks Heinz it's delicious!

bottle arrived dented badly on the side but this has to do with shipping and packing, not the product itself.

Good sauce bad bottle material
Great sauce. Not a fan of the plastic bottle though. I prefer glass. Not sure if its just this size or they have switched all Heinz 57 sauce bottles to plastic. Back in the day the smaller bottle was glass! You can use Heinz 57 sauce for a lot of things .Potatoes , Steak, Eggs .Seafood etc It adds a special taste.
