We have low carb, sugar free eaters in the family. I use this product for many things. From Asian sauces, honey mustard, to sugar free toffee, and sugar free baklava! Sugar free toffee is easy, boil salted butter and this honey until it becomes thickened. The color will be pale. You can add an extract like vanilla. The butter will have some separation, that's ok. Pour it on parchment and let it cool. Then enjoy the best buttery, crunchy- but, won't break your teeth toffee!
I really like this honey because it's sugar-free and it does not taste any different than regular honey. Sometimes I will use honey in different desserts with fruits and berries or other words I don't use a lot of of it but it is really a nice type way to get a hint of sweetness and does not taste artificial at all . I highly recommend it,,
If you can't have honey because of dietary restrictions, or choice, this is the next best thing. It tastes really good, and we go through a bottle every two. Weeks or so. My son loves it on toast or bagels. I like to mix a little in with a tablespoon of nut butter for a high protein snack.m it's filling and delicious. It's also excellent.with apple slices for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
This sugar free honey is amazing! He has a smooth and silky texture. There is no imitation after taste as certain sweeteners have. You honestly can't tell the difference from a regular all-natural honey. It is an excellent option for people with health conditions that prohibit them from all the sugar which comes in an all-natural variety of honey. You should order a bottle and give it a try. I think you will be surprised and you will thank me later.
Just your friendly Walmart associate again. I love to share with you when I find a keeper, I love a little sweetness without the calories and this was definitely it. If I'm not adding it to my coffee I will definitely put it on my protein pancakes.
pretty close to tasting like honey for people that can't have sugar also it's nice and thick just like honey unlike a lot of sugar-free stuff it's very watery
I am a Type 2 Diabetic. Started using this many years ago when lived in another state. Couldn't find it in any local stores after moving so had a relative buy several bottles and ship to me 3 years ago. Was running out and pleased to find it now available on line @ Walmart (still have not found in any local stores). Looks, feels and taste like natural honey!
This is amazing! You would never know it's sugar free. It tastes like honey and has the same viscosity as honey. I use it on toast, in tea, and in my homemade honey mustard. I can't say enough good things about the Honeytree Imitation Honey. I highly recommend it!
As we are trying to limit our sugar intake, I have relied on this product for use when honey was called for as either a topping or as an ingredient when cooking. I was sorry to see that it was no longer available in the stores but thankfully it is available online.
It is ok. It definitely doesn't taste like honey. It almost has a slight floral taste to it that almost makes it taste soapy. If you put it on toast with cinnamon it tastes pretty good. But by itself on toast or in mild flavored teas it isn't great. It's better to mix it with something that has a stronger flavor, so you only get the sweetness from the imitation honey and not the actual flavor. It's a good idea and the price isn't bad. But I probably won't purchase it again because the taste of it just isn't for me. If you're diabetic or trying to cut back on sugar, and you just HAVE to have something sweet, then I guess it's a decent option.
