I use this pink salt that cures my beef jerky when I dry it out on the barbecue comes out really good so you gotta have some cure to make sure it's going to stay fresh all the time as long as you have it in a bag and Ziploc the meat Will stay fresh for a long time and I make sure I dry the meat all the way thank you

I bought this because I needed some kind of salt product to add in order to dehydrate elk meat for jerky. Between this and the other spices, the elk jerky was delicious!

We used this to make bacon on the Traeger! It was amazing! Did some research on which brand was the best %26 everyone kept saying this was the best! Ordered online %26 it was here in just a couple of days. 🙂

I used this salt to prepare a piece of beef for homemade pastrami, and it was my first time trying. I expected the Prague powder to turn the meat a lot pinker than it did. Other than that, it seemed to be a very high quality product. A little expensive though.

very helpful in making smoked sausage. am in the middle of making 25 pounds of different sausages that required curing salts . it seemed to blend in well .
