This is my second purchase of Angus canned chili with beans. This chili is flavorful, and as good as many home made chilis I have tasted. Happy to be able to purchase individual cans which makes the purchase more affordable. I am sure this second purchase won't be my last.

Never was a canned chili person UNTIL Hormel Angus showed up on the shelf. Doubtful purchased a can and was SHOCKED at the taste and texture. I can eat it out of the can cold. SO glad to stumble up on this CHILI ...LOVE IT

I have a stew recipe that I use these in I open a can of this I chop up some potatoes I get some garlic some onions some carrots I mix it up put it in the oven baking dish and and bake it for like 25-30 minutes and it comes out perfect every time

I poured this over my Scoops and topped it with Great Value shredded Colby Jack and mild cheddar. Heck yeah!!!

Beefy and zesty
I dont care much for the regular hormel chilis, maybe because they use pork in the meat. However, this angus version is all beef, and the taste is fresh and even a little spicy.

becoming a fast favorite
very good a little pricey for canned chili but it will become my go-to chili for a quick meal. make it your own. adding spices and hot sauce only makes it better.

the flavor is okay but it's not my favorite. I got the one with the beans in it for my husband and I think it tastes better then the plain beef

Good luck getting the can to open!
Decent Chili....if you can get the can to open. I had purchased 6 of these, but was only able to consume 2. The other 4, The flip top snapped off before even applying the pressure needed to open the can. I can't even use a can opener to open the can as the lid to the can sits too low for a regular can opener to be useful. Such a waste of money. This is only an issue with the angus variety, the others do not have this issue.

I ordered Hormel Chili Angus Burger with beans and they delivered three cans without beans and it doesn't look like there's much meat in there either.
