When description said it had 16gig memory I thougt it meant 1 16 gig memory stick but it had 4 - 4 gig memory sticks which makes it harder to upgrade to it's potential of 64 gig memory due to having to discard the 4 - 4gig memory cards.

It came with no paperwork or booklets for the computer. It was unlabeled and left in the porch half opened. It was listed as brand new but the packaging seemed as if it was a refurbished computer. The monitor is periphio and it is supposed to be a full hp computer. Over all it seems nice but it is not as advertised.

Nowhere on here does it say refurbished or older equipment. I thought this was new. It is so noisy and glitchy, very frustrating even for a cheaper price.

Do not buy a refurbished computer ! My computer acted up almost immediately and they sent a new monitor and kept giving tips about unplug this and unplug that thru Blair Technology (warranty) and these tidbits worked for the most part, but that was just to get you thru the timeframe of when the warranty expired and then you are out of luck!!

I waited a month to open this because i ordered HP not a third party brand. I barely use it because it isn't wireless, doesn't have Bluetooth and no camera. I have tried to get my money back so I can get a different computer but the company that it came from still yet to contact me. Walmart said they communicated my complaint but still stuck with this computet that now hasn't worked in 3 weeks. Saying no signal when it has been in the same spot. I am out $500 with this. I need my money back.

This was an outdated system sold as an up to date fast and current computer. Was unable to upgrade to Windows 11 making it essentially useless. The seller did work with us and accepted a return. System was slow and noisy.

System didn't work, wouldn't load windows or Microsoft office so couldn't use, sent email to seller and help desk no response for over a week, ended up returning

I believe I was sent a used computer. The computer I bought was not labeled that way. The face on the hard drive is scratched up and the wireless mouse and keyboard won't work because the usb to enable them was not in the box. I can't even use this.
