This is quite an amazing deal. I have multiple bicycles in my possession… But this one is just fantastic for the price of one wheel on any other bicycle. 😎. I will use this bicycle on the salty winter roads of New England. I am sure it will survive just fine. And this way I don’t have to spend $350 for a tune up on my good bicycle in the spring.

Great value for the money. I bought this bike as a commuter bike, to go ride to my local gym, and to go back and forth to local stores and for other errand. So far it has has been great for this purpose, riding around local New York City, which has increasingly become a biker city. I would highly recommend this bike for that purpose, and it affordable price does not make a particularly high target for theft.

Nice bike! I was so happy it came assembled. Everything was in place and secure. The bike rides pretty good and the gears shifted nicely, and it felt sturdy enough too (I’m about 200lbs). It’s a real deal of a bike if you just want to putt around a bit. Mine is for me to ride with my little grandson. He just learned to ride and this would be nice to hang out with him and have fun, and all for a great price. Walmart delivers it same day and it was assembled too…YAYYYY!!!! I’m sure it will be good for a good ride here %26 there too. You can’t ask for a better deal for an 18 speed Mountain Bike that looks cool and rides pretty good as well. Get yourself one, just because. :)

This bike is poorly designed. The front tire touches the pedals when turning, making for a potentially dangerous situation. The tire can jam against the pedal, locking the front wheel. I would definitely not recommend this bike, and to be honest I am surprised it hasn't been recalled.

I only rode a few times and the tire is flat already and the worst part is that the tire it was destroyed inside. This is awful I could have had a huge accident. Terrible experience and poor material

The bike was delivered with a flat tire. I voiced my concerns with one of your customer service agents. The agent advised that I could send the defective bike back. To date, no one has picked up the bike and the promised replacement bike still has not arrived. Please help me with this dilemma. Thanks

I ordered a bike from Walmart on the 20th of this month, but the order got canceled and delayed — it only arrived 4 days later. I thought, okay, at least I finally got it. But today, when I was about to ride it, I found out the tire was already flat. This is really disappointing. I know you personally didn’t make the product or cause the delay, but please try to put yourself in my shoes. I paid for the bike and even chose the faster delivery option to get it on time. But not only did it arrive late — when it finally did, the tire was damaged. What kind of service is this supposed to be?

Wow. What a magical unboxing experience—if the magic trick was “How many ways can we ruin a perfectly good bike before it even hits your porch?” The box looked like it lost a cage match with a forklift. Tape half hanging off, corners blown out, and all the grace of a raccoon breaking into a trash can. Inside? Oh, just a “brand-new” bike that looked like it already did a couple laps at the X-Games. Scratches, scuffs, mystery marks—basically the greatest hits of “we don’t care.” The packaging? More like tissue paper’s unemployed cousin. This masterpiece of mediocrity honestly makes you wonder if quality control took a vacation or if someone just pawned off a customer return. Ordering from Walmart is like spinning a slot machine—you either get lucky or you get this steaming pile of disappointment. Spoiler alert: this was the jackpot of garbage. A brand-new product should arrive pristine, sealed, and protected, not like it escaped from a garage sale gladiator arena. Bravo, Walmart.

Upon delivery this bike seemed perfect, later in the night the front tire was flat. I put air in it thinking it would help not even a hour later the tire was flat again. This was a gift for my son for Christmas and he has not been able to ride it yet because of the tire

Manufacture screwed up. No clearance between front tire and pedal. When turning, front tire hits pedal making for very dangerous situation.
