Hyper Tough 18-inch Gas Chainsaw 38cc 2-Cycle Engine

2 cycle gas 18 inch chainsaw, followed instructions and i started up with no problem. the protective case was a great plus to protect saw. not too heavy and the saw was completely assembled wih chain oil included, Bonus! this saw was used today to cut fallen tree branches on home. it cut like butter really smooth and hold its rpm and no bogging down. The black and red is a great color scheme for saw. Thanks, also orderd around 10 p.m. and it was delivered in less than 35 minutes. wow! restart really quick and easy..Would recommend and and always don't forget to get the inexpensive 15.00 2 year extra warranty so all in all total of three years. Don't delay get yours now.

Hey for what it cost I'd recommend this saw it does a good job it's worth the value everyone has a personal preference however sometimes have to get what you can afford so for the price it's worth it

Chainsaw worked great. Only with I could find the exact chain that came with it. Would be nice to have the same everytime I replaced it.

So for being a hyper tough product, with inferior construction and parts, this little guy doesn't do too bad. The chain is garbage, it dulls almost instantly, but for the size and price of it, it really doesn't do too bad. Get some decent chain on there and it'll go a good distance. I will say this: the description is inaccurate. It says you don't have to mix oil and gas, but you absolutely do. It even comes with enough oil to mix one gallon of 50:1 fuel, otherwise there is no internal lubrication. But, If you want something to have on hand for random tree branches or need to cut medium sized firewood, this little puppy has worked out well for me so far.

It works and operates just fine. The things I don't like about it the lack of throttle response, the chain loosened after use and had to readjust it. Otherwise, it's a great saw for the money!

I bought mine recently and on the second use the pull string got messed up so I can no longer use it until I can fix it definitely was not expecting that….

fuel tanm yo small chain kept skipping off

With a full tank of gas/oil mixture straight from a premixed can this chainsaw cuts fine in the vertical blade position. But each time I rotated the saw to make a horizontal cut it shut off. After restarting it 5 times in a row I double checked the fuel/oil level and it was full, so I tried to make a horizontal cut full throttle and each time it shut off!! You can't fell a tree if you can't cut horizontally so I took it back got a refund and tried a second one with the same results so I took that one back as well. Maybe something in the carburetor limits it? Maybe the float won't allow for horizontal cuts? Idk

Not the manufacturer but WALMART. The case with the chainsaw arrived dirty and dusty with bird crap on the case. I am opening a return. NEVER USED, NEVER OPENED.
