Hyper Tough Anti-Slip Impact and solvent resistant 3-Inch, Stiff metal Putty Knife, 6072

Had our first frosted windshield the morning after I received the scraper. I used it gently to scrape the windshield and it worked wonders. Removed frost easily. Husband says to be careful because it can scratch the glass, so I will!! Anything to make life easier!!

This Hyper Tough 3 inch Stiff Putty Knife is a very nice putty knife. I am very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of it. It is very stiff and the metal has a great thickness. It's definitely a heavy duty putty knife and not flimsy. It's very well made and has a nice thick handle that is very easy to grip and hold onto. It feels great in my hand and is the perfect size. It is just what I needed to do some minor wall patch work at my home prior to painting. It worked great. It spread the putty smoothly and was very easy to work with. I love how easy it was to use and how great it spread the putty evenly. It gave my do it yourself project a professional look. I couldn't be happier and plan on using it on several projects around the house.

I am a Walmart Spark reviewer. This putty knife gets the job done. It has everything you could ask for. The handle is sturdy, and comfortable. It is ergonomically shaped for comfort and keeps your hand from sliding forward during use. The end of the handle is metal in case you need to tap on it. The blade is very rigid and well finished. The edge of the blade is beveled for a good scraping edge. I would recommend keeping one of these in your tool box

Great little putty knife. Will come in very handy for a number of projects: drywall, wood filler, scraping things, etc. Comfortable handle. I like the hole at the end of the handle too to put on a string for easy storage.

I received this product and it is very well made. It has a rubber handle and is easy to hold onto . It has a 3 inch wide blade that makes it easy to work with . I will recommend this to Family and Friends. Thank You HyperTough for a great product.

The quality is very good. I have others and they feel cheaply made. This one has a solid feel to it. The blade is stiff but not so that it will not flex in to the spots its needed. The rubber on it makes its nice to hold.

This Hyper Tough 3-inch stiff putty knife is exceptionally constructed! It is solid with a little heavier weight to it. The rubber handle is comfortable to hold and has a nice grip. There's a bit of texture to the handle that gives it a more secure feeling—no worries about it slipping out of your hand. The 3-inch size is probably more suitable for larger jobs and the blade part seems so well-made. The entire knife is 9” in length and the sides of the blade are smooth--but the working end of the knife is sharper and has a nice beveled edge. One of the first things I noticed about the knife is that there is a large opening in the handle end for hanging the tool on a nail or peg board. I notice those details that accommodate order and organization, both which are important to me personally. This would be a super-fun stocking stuffer for the holiday season, great for a “Dirty Santa” gift, or a cool “small” item for a gift exchange. Every household needs one of these in the toolbox and it really lives-up to its name “Hyper Tough.” I am very impressed with the quality of this product and I would recommend it happily.

Received the Hyper Tough 3 in. Stiff Putty knife. Pros: The putty knife is well made. The handle has a nice solid cover. The blade of the knife is very rigid and can be used to scrape surfaces very easily. The edge of the knife's blade has a slight bevel which helps taper the putty against the surface or even slide under hard matter that needs to be removed. The handle has a good grip and doesn't slide around when working the knife. The end of the handle has a metal head which helps when you need to give that extra tap with a hammer to break something loose. Cons: Not a lot of cons because it does what a putty knife is supposed to. It would be nice if the handle was slightly longer for bigger hands, I would recommend this knife for the people who need a basic and sturdy 3 inch putty knife to patch and scrape work around the house or job site. It's a durable little knife.

This putty knife is something that I am definitely going to keep around the shop. These come in handy for all types of projects. I will say though, I would not use this for a project that I am doing detail work on. There is no give in this putty knife, and that is okay. This one is supposed to be stiff. However, I do not want someone to buy this under false pretense that they will be able to bend it while working just a little bit. It is not going to happen without damaging either your wall or the product itself. I think my favorite part about this product is the grip. It is bulky and fits well in my hands. I can use it with gloves if I am not feeling like getting dirty that day. The material does not slide after you get something on the handle. Overall, I really like this product and would highly recommend it. Just be careful with what you are working with. You need to know the tool's limitations and your own.
