The pressure cooker serves it's purpose perfectly, the only thing i don't like is that sometimes when you're done cooking it leaves dark stains on the pot.
Love the smaller cooker. Couple this with Christopher Kimball's Milk Street Cookbook '"Fast and Slow" and you will be eating far better than kings and queens! This is an instapot without electricity.
Excellent pressure cooker. I bought it recently and have used this pressure cooker a few times. Food cooks much quicker than on the regular stove.Read and follow all the instructions to ensure safe use. The lid is nice and light. Capacity is enough for a family of 4 or even more. Pressure builds quickly and releases quickly when heat is reduced during cooking. The pressure valve that sits on the lid is.packed separately and has to be pressed down with some force when box is opened first. Very satisfied.
Best pressure pot ever! I was a little reluctant to purchase brand unusable, but boy was I happy I did. I previously purchased a set of Calderos from the same type on material and boy was I glad I did. This pressure cooker is medium size and easy to handle. My hamhogs cook in 15 minutes and cook so fast that the meat falls off the bone. I was searching for this type of pot and was estatic when I came across it! Price was just right. Glad I made this purchase!
Although I always check if silicon gasket is in place, it doesn't start giving pressure. I had to try three to four times and finally the cooker has sealed. So I didn't return it. I used it yesterday but it didn't work again. I've already unboxed, used a few times, so I have given up to return it. Next time, I will not buy this one.
It's great for the price but just after boiling one batch of potatoes, I'm starting to see a noticeable change in the color to a tinge of brown. Also I think the steam leaks a little bit so the it takes a while to build the pressure and then the cooker to whistle. I was using a TFal cooker earlier and it works perfectly till date. This is okay-ish.
[Employee of walmartcanada] Rubber is not intact with the cover and leaking while cooking.
Came with parts missing. I could tell someone had opened it. Nice pressure cooker though. Instead of returning it I am ordering a replacement part from Amazon. Will order from Amazon from now on, since Walmart said they couldn't replace this one, although it is still there to order on their website. Odd to me.
first of all, the name itself is deceiving - i was looking for a Pressure Cooker made in USA and i bought it when saw the name IMUSA which is made in China, secondly since i got this by mistake i was going to give it a try anyway. However, lid was quite difficult to impossible, i was unable to close the lid so i am returning this to Walmart.
Delivery service was quick %26 easy. But the box was broken, opened, and the silicon ring was missing. I returned it 5 minutes after I discovered it. Thank God, the box conditions told me to open it before I left the parking. I went to the G7 aisle and there were like 5 brand new boxes. It seems like Walmart wants to get rid of the damage items with the online purchases. It should be the whole opposite. Shame on you, Walmart! I'm so disappointed with Walmart intentions. Say No to Walmart online! It's a waste of time!
