Innova by Eureka Upright Vacuum with Whirlwind Anti-Tangle Technology, NEU700, New

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was super easy to unbox and assemble. First impression is I love how stylish this purple and silver vacuum is. I gravitate towards attractive products and this is one! This was simple to navigate the controls for carpet or hard floor and max and quiet mode. How cool is that?! It doesn't have a typical brush underneath but a style I've never seen but works amazingly! I don't have a problem with things getting tangled and wrapped around the bristle brush on this vacum like i do with my other one from a different brand. The suction is incredible and picks up dog hair like a dream. The hand peice removed the dog hair from our couch pillows instantly. Vacuuming the stairs was accomplished without breaking a sweat! My husband was so blown away by how great this vacuum works that he took over and vacuumed the whole house and enjoyed himself! I highly recommend this if you have pets or kids. They don't stand a chance!

This is a very nice vacuum cleaner for the price. Has everything you need, including the including the extra roller extension. For the stairs, it doesn't take a job. Also, they're easy to read buttons to choose maximum suction or quiet. Also if you want to use the carpet or floor mode, it's easy to change. to get to.

Great price. Great! delivery. performs wonderfully but it's a bit heavier than I thought it would be. but it's about the only thing I have to complain about. maybe I just need to get back into the gym.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very easy to use and put together. I enjoy being able to switch between carpet and hardwood on the handle, that's a nice change. My only complaint is maneuvering it takes some getting used to compared to my other uprights. I have two corgi, a cat and a toddler. This vacuumed both hardwood and my study where everyone hangs out easily. Was very impressed with how much it picked up. The hose attachment was easy to switch out to get corners with tufts of dogs hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Innova Eureka came packaged very nicely. It was organized and easy to put together. The parts all snapped in together which made it a quick assembly. Upon using the vacuum I noticed that it was much heavier compared to other vacuums I have used. After finishing vacuuming my house with a toddler and two very hairy dogs, I felt the vacuum held up to the challenge. It's suction was very good and the canister was easy to dump. The attachments fit on the vacuum except for the small roller. I noticed the cord to be average length as well. Overall it was a good vacuum and for the posted price I would purchase again.

Says anti tangle technology, which is the reason I chose this vacuum. That's definitely not true , everything gets tangled in it and it messes up. I was excited , thinking this was going to be the perfect vacuum, turns out it's nothing like it says.

The Innova Upright NEU700 Vacuum Cleaner is worth its money but the filter material is falling apart. We purchase the upright vacuum cleaner on Jan. 11, 2024, and the filter material is falling apart. It's not the circular black form, it's the white material that is place on top the black filter. This should not be happening. We only had this vacuum cleaner for five (5) months. Eureka, Customer Service should send a replacement filter for free. Note: If the filter can only be used a few times, then it should be taken back to the factory to be redesigned a new filter. The filter is a piece of junk.

I absolutely love the vacuum, except that when it was packaged, the hose was jammed in there, and it got stretched and distorted and it will definitely not withstand the test of time. I would predict that it would have a hole in it within the first six months because that's all stretched out it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum was easy to put together and we (family) all like how the vacuum looks. I first used this in our master bedroom (carpet). The first thing I noticed was the handle was bulky and the vacuum a bit top heavy. Going alongside the walls, it didn't quite get close enough to suck up the debris. If I get close to the walls from the front, the suction is nice and strong to suck up the debris. Now I was able to vacuum up the carpeted, master bedroom just fine and thought the vacuum held up well besides the bulky handle feeling. Turned the vacuum off to move to the hardwood floors of the dining room, living room, and kitchen. The floor option button would not let me choose and the roller was not spinning. Per the instructions, this means there is too much hair on the roller or a clog in the filter. Now one thing I really liked about this vacuum was the "whirlwind anti-tangle" function to "actively break hair to prevent tangles and clogs from forming." I removed what little bit of hair was around the roller and cleaned out the filter and compartment. The brush would still not spin and I still could not choose a floor option. Upon further/closer inspection we found SO MUCH HAIR wrapped around the bearing of the brush. This could not be accessed from the outside. The cover or the bottom cannot be easily removed. There are screws but they really didn't seem to do much as we removed them and the cover or bottom would still not come off. We had to carefully pry it open just enough to get in there to remove the hair using tweezers, a screwdriver, and pliers. This process took seriously hours! Once removed, the vacuum seemed to work normal once again. But once turned off and back on, it will not properly work on hard floors now, but seems to work OK on carpet. The stair tool is also bulky and does not get close enough to the corners/crook so I have to use the skinny wand tool anyway.

This thing was made out of the cheep kind of plastic that toys you get from a gum ball machine are made out of. The head of this thing appears to have been engineered by a group of pre-schoolers. This thing isn't going to clean anywhere near the edge of anything. It's a complete and total waste of money.
