This is a great pool. Nice and deep, %26 sturdy. Walmart shipping was 4-5days which was fine for us cuz we had to get the ground ready. . Every part was there and packaged well. I like that the sand filter system has a timer on it so you don’t have to worry about it running all day or turning it on. Every 24hrs it will come on, run for however many hours you put in, and shut off automatically Pay particular attention to read “adding the sand”. It’s crucial for a problem free operation. As a man I skipped that part. Lol

The pool is large, and I'm surprised at how powerful the pump is. The ladder to get in and out is a joke; it's super flimsy. Putting the pool up and getting it running was the easy part. Leveling the ground was hard, maybe because we didn't really know what we were doing. We did get it done, and now we are enjoying the fruits of our labor as temperatures rise above 100 degrees.

When the driver took the box off the truck it looked liked it had rolled down a hill. It was torn and smashed. I could see broken frame parts though the open box. I gave it a 3 star rating because of their excellent customer service. It was not the company's fault it was damaged in shipping. It was shipped by 3rd. party Spreetail. Their customer support team was great. They responded right away. A truck was sent to pick the box up and a credit was issued within 3 days. I considered purchasing it again but I am concerned that it will come in the same condition.

The pool box was torn up I didn’t take a picture because I didn’t know it had a hole in it until we had a guy put it up and filled it up . When I went around pool I saw the hole. No patches was in box to even patch it with. This is the pallet it was on that was broken with sharp board . The pool cover it up so you could see the pallet until you put pool up

Installed the pool which took three days. Started filling up the pool only to find tiny pin holes in the pool. It had to have happened in manufacturing. The holes were all at the same height and the same size. Frustrating!!! A brand new pool with holes.

pool pump leaks and has since day 1. now pool is leaking and yard is flooded. Company i purchased pool through is no help. Warranty company didn't help first time I called and now no one answers the phone. just filled pool back up 3 days ago and water is already this low.

Pool arrived with several small holes in the liner, needed several patches. Emailed the company and received no respose.

We received our pool, got it all assembled and filled all the way up and started noticing stress marks on the liner, one of which turned into a leak after we had already put 12,000 gallons of water into the pool. Highly dissatisfied with this product currently as we are having to drain it to properly patch it do not recommend.
