Make sure you put together the top of the pool first before you put together the rest of it. Otherwise, you'll have to struggle to get the last piece in around the top like we did. Again, PLEASE PUT THE TOP PART ALL THE WAY TOGETHER FIRST BEFORE PROCEEDING!

First—once the pool arrived and we set it up, it's been great! Ordered the pool from Walmart specifically because it said it would arrive by a certain date. It did not, and it took another 6 days to arrive. I contacted the shipping company, then Walmart. Both were polite but actually couldn't help me because the pool was sold by a third-party. Per Walmart's customer service, I messaged the seller. They responded with a canned message that was not helpful, nor did it answer my question. It was back and forth for 3-4 days before I finally received a legitimate answer. After I received the appropriate shipping information (7 days after I placed the order), the pool did arrive from the shipping company. I was warned that the box would be beat up - it was. They dropped the pool box off on a pallet; the box had many rips. Upon opening the box, we found no damage, thank goodness! Pool was a bit cumbersome to set up with two adults — we recommend three people if you can! We broke two t-joints when setting up the frame. The poles are metal but the joints are plastic and not all that rugged. There was one pin hole in the pool, which we patched. The filter/pump instructions were less than mediocre and it requires a 2 inch discharge hose (this was not provided). If you are not in the plumbing or water works industry, this could be difficult. The ladder also came with no instructions. I googled a random video and that was helpful. Multiple reviews mention the importance of leveling the ground prior to installation. They are correct, this needs to happen. We prepped a 20ft circle (for an 18ft pool) and if we did it again, we would make it at least 22ft round. The pump comes with a ~10ft cord, our outside outlet was further away therefore we had to invest in the proper gauge extension cord to be able to run the pump. This might not impact everyone but was an extra cost for us. We've swam in the pool multiple days in a row and are overall quite pleased with it. We are not upset with the purchase, we just wished setup was smoother.

I’d say I really like it but it doesn’t have the strap around the center. I don’t know why it didn’t come with the one because others I looked at had the white strap around it. Also, there’s a hole in bottom of legs but nothing to click them into. Confusing. Definitely a 2-3 person job and once you finally got the ground leveled, it really goes pretty smoothly after that. I purchased a separate pump that’s a sand pump and more powerful because of the pool I had last year was hard to maintain since we’ve got well water. The pump that came with this pool would work for people with treated water.

Buyer beware. The reviews regarding receiving damaged items and trouble returning are VERY true. Found rip in bag with the liner and upon inspecting before opening the whole bag found scuff marks and pin holes which appears to be the bottom of the pool. Emails back and forth with their customer service and no help as to how you are to return the item and who pays the cost. We did purchase the warranty for damage in shipping which will cover the cost for the return, we would have to file a claim, and no guarantee of when you will receive a replacement. Intex probably is a quality pool only if you receive the pool from a better seller than Spreetail and if it is not damaged once you receive it. You probably will end up patching a brand new pool right out of the box to avoid the cost, the hassle and possibility of being without your pool for the summer enjoyment.

pool pump leaks and has since day 1. now pool is leaking and yard is flooded. Company i purchased pool through is no help. Warranty company didn't help first time I called and now no one answers the phone. just filled pool back up 3 days ago and water is already this low.

To bad So sad Intex guilty by association. Purchased on line. Measurements following consideration would use too much of the available space in the yard. Yes, my bad. Return policy well Inquired at service desk prior to returning 413 LB pool. Nope, no return at store. Loaded 413 LB pool back into pickup. $200 freight fee to return. Semi cant access neighborhood. Loaded 413 LB pool again to meet semi driver at local grocery. Love the pool from previous purchases, just make sure you are committed.

Do not buy from this seller he not Walmart. items had an issue %26 returning item was $530 shipping they wanted to deduct from return plus keeping % due to opened. How would a customer know an item has issue from just looking at a box is impossible. This seller wants more money or basically 100% of what the purchase price was to return the item. Terrible scam seller. Read fine print unfortunately it on recipient after you purchase.

I would not recommend ordering anything associated with Spreetail through Walmart. They sent me a swimming pool with a leak, wouldn’t accept a return because it was past the 30-day window. I asked if I could return to Walmart and they wouldn’t allow it. Such a terrible experience. Walmart should not allow this to happen

Pool looked great, but it has a hole already in it. Very disappointing because I’ve already paid someone over $400 to install the pool plus the water and now I’m waiting to hear back from the seller on getting another replacement. You can see the picture below how much it’s already leaked in just a day.

The liner had a small hole along the bottom edge. Previous pool, same kind and size, had a hole in the seam. We already had it set up when we noticed it,,water in! Sent message to company and they said that the replacement liner is not available. Got mad and told them to come and get their pool. The trucking company showed up 3 days later to pick up the pool. Needless to say, the pool still had water in it and I told the pool company that I have no way to rebox and repack the pool for shipping. My oh my, these people are crazy and ignorant!
