Love that the spice comes in a powder form. My daughter does not care for celery and I do not care for the seeds, but it gives awesome taste to whatever you use it in and It's not stringy, like fresh celery, and it doesn't have the seeds. It just gives the taste which is really good and my daughter will eat it in the dishes. I cook for her and she doesn't even know it's celery powder. Grate buy

When I made potato or macaroni salad and used celery flakes they never reconstituted and we were stuck with crunchy bits. With the ground celery the taste was great and blended with the mayo beautifully. Works great in stews as well as I don't always have regular celery in the refrig but love the taste in food.

I bought this after hearing how great celery seed is for heart health and I add it daily to my morning smoothie. I only use a small amount as it is very flavorful and can overwhelm my smoothie if I add too much. I do plan to buy it again when I run out.

Celery powder is not easy to find. I find this blends better into most of the dishes and mixes I use celery seed in. Start out with a small amount -you can always add more.

I needed a way to get celery flavor without having to chop up fresh celery to tiny pieces for an elderly parent, who chokes easily, This is the answer!! The taste in chicken salad, or tuna salad from scratch is excellent. It tastes great in a casserole calling for celery flavor, too.

This product smells just like fresh celery. My husband got so excited whe he saw it asking if he can use it for his rub for smoked meats. 😂
