Great product!
This product is AMAZING! I rarely use it bc I don't want my son codependent on anything but when I do use this product it works really well. I don't find that it has my son groggy the next morning either. Just quickly helps the child get to sleep state. :)

Unfortunately, it doesn't help my fall/stay asleep (I've tried other brands, Melatonin, in general, just doesn't do much for my son). It does seem to help calm him down when he's really wired, though. My son is non-verbal, so he can't tell me if he likes the taste, but he doesn't seem to mind it. The price is good!
