Fermented Soy Sauce
I love the fermented soy sauce.. its better than buy the regular soy sauce.. it was too thin.. Ferment is thicker and more tasty. I strongly encourage you to buy that fermented soy sauce...Wink!

more rich and smooth
I really like this is a bit thicker and has more of a savory richness to it. money saving tip* buy a gallon of the cheap stuff and put in a very hot pan and then let it boil for 10 minutes or so to it thickens abit let call put back in bottle.

Nice supprise from Kikkoman
I like this soy sauce a lot. It has a very subtle aroma that points to the double brewing process. Not overwhelming.

Great addition for cooking
Bottle easy to open and squeeze. Taste is great, not overly salty for food. Wish it can be slightly thicker, but overall a nice product. Price is slightly higher than the regular Kikkoman soy sauce.
