[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own this as well as the kitchenaid pasta roller set. Between the two of them I can make about any kind of pasta I want. I highly recommend this product to anyone that loves fresh pasta. It's easy to make and taste much better than store bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the attachment about two months ago and have used it several times. There is always a learning curve with pasta attachments (I also have the flat pasta attachment) but once you determine the correct amount of water to add to your dough it makes fantastic, great tasting spiral pasta. The attachment always leaves a good amount of extra dough as an FYI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't get to use it for awhile after I got it due to circumstances beyond my control. However, once I got to play with it I fell in love. And the attachments are very easy to attach and use - I have the pasta press and the meat grinder. The mixer itself is fairly quiet, for a heavy duty mixer. I believe as I have more time to play, I will thoroughly enjoy it. And I love the handle on the bowl. My old Kitchenaid bowl did not have that feature.

I just find it would be so much easier if you could put ALL the pieces into the dishwasher for cleaning. There is a note that indicates some pieces need to be hand-cleaned. I like simplicity and would like to throw everything into the dishwasher after preparation. Also, I would like MORE pasta shapes. Great initial variety, but I'll bet you have some inventive ideas out there!
