[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, what can I say. The pasta press is incredible. We use a simple Pasta recipe and have made some superb dishes. The very best thing is my 13 year old daughter has mastered it… so not only do I no longer order pasta at restaurants… I get served up incredible dishes. The attachment is simple to clean and a real addition to our kitchen.

A great thing to have if your family love fresh homemade pasta- it is sooo good and soo easy. We recently hosted a pasta night and made a few sauces- people dished up the pasta as we cooked it and chose their topping A big bowl of salad and bread- it was so much fun

I could not believe how easy the pasta was to make, and the recipe instructions were very easy to follow. My husband and I agree that this pasta was the best we had eaten, better than restaurant quality, and we dine out often at fine restaurants! We will never buy packet pasta again. 100% satisfied with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the 3-Piece Pasta Roller and Cutter Attachment then I brought Gourmet Pasta Press attachemts. I had never made pasta before so tried making the Pasta for the Fettucine Carbonara. It turned out perfect and my husband said it was the best Pasta he had tasted and he is Italian so that is a great compliment. I used the Pasta attachment to make some Cannoli Pastry as well and why my husband tried them he thought I had brought them. I was so glad I brought the 3-Piece Pasta Roller and Cutter that I have now purchased the Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment. I really love all the Kitchenaid attachments and accessories I plan to purchase all of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and my kids and I have had great fun making all the different types of pasta already! Easy to use and we still love watching the pasta shapes come out A bit fiddly to clean the wee disks that make the pasta shapes and haven't figured out if it's possible to use the whole mount of pasta dough (a small amount is left in the auger each time, a tablespoon size at most so doesn't worry us) but worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with my purchase. Makes a good variety of pasta shapes and is pretty intuitive to use. I will admit there's a pretty involved cleaning process for the pressing discs, and I feel like there is a always certain amount of dough that won't be pushed through the press, unless there is something I'm missing! But I'm still happy with it and plan to use it frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this gourmet pasta press about a month ago and have really enjoyed using it. I have used five out of the six cutters so far. What I found is that the cutters made great pasta. I'm yet to work out how to have my fusilli pasta hold its shape in a tight spiral. I have found that the recipe is too dry and requires more water to hold its shape in a dough. I did ensure that the dough was not too wet, however, so that it would not get stuck in the machine. I found that the smaller the balls, the easier it is for the machine to work effectively. One thing I did note was that it doesn't work very well to go back to a cutter that you have already used. This might be because the pasta dough begins to dry and clogs it a little bit. Cleaning does require a bit of effort. I reduced the level of waste of dough by pulling out some of the pieces from machine and cutters and making ‘odds and ends' to cook up. Overall, I am happy with this machine and love the fact that I can make shaped pasta easily at home.
