These are the best otc sleep aids i have ever used!!! Im an insomniac with very high pain levels!! i don't know what id do without them!! i highly recommend them!!!!

Peaceful sleep
I enjoyed this product because it is so easy to take very small pill.. my family has a history of having trouble sleeping. What I like about this pill I can break it into two if I need another 1/2 pill I do not wake up the next morning feeling drowsy.

Doxylamine Succinate vs Diphenhydramine
I found that Doxylamine Succinate gives me a deeper, more restful sleep than Diphenhydramine. A single dose produces just the sleep I need.
