We take this at nighttime along with Naiomi Mighty MG which is magnesium glycinate. Those two things have completely stopped my insomnia. This product is a God send. I was dealing with way too many stressful thing's and my mental clarity about gone. I take the recommended dose every morning, then i have a calm productive day. I can definitely tell if I've forgotten that morning dose.

Love this stuff! I feel more relaxed and clear minded when faced with difficult situations; and working in retail can be REALLY difficult. Recommend if you're feeling stressed at work or at home. It take about 3 to 4 weeks for you to feel a difference, but worth the wait.

I waited awhile to give this review to test this out properly. It's difficult to measure things like stress and focus, and I knew this wasn't a cure-all, it's just meant to help. My impression is that it did help. It seemed like I was able to focus more on what I meant to do through the day - it seemed like I forgot tasks less often. The pill tastes a little unpleasant, but it's not strong and it doesn't linger. I didn't notice any side effects at all, which I didn't expect to. I like the benefits, even if they might be small, but I have trouble swallowing pills, especially pills like these that are very lightweight. If I could take pills easier, I would definitely keep taking it. As it is, I'm just not sure if I'll take any more.

ORDERED BY MISTAKE AND CANCELED THE ORDER WITHIN 2 MINUTES AND THEY SENT IT ANYWAY

I took the medicine as directed everyday and did not notice a difference at all. I am not going to invest in another bottle to continue to give this medication a chance to work. Needless to say, I am so disappointed in this partnership medication and all of the other medication that makes the statements of how they help you so much in so many different ways. I am finished trying at this point.
