i am very pleased with Spring Valley Womens 50 Multi Vitamins. This is the first and only vitamin i have ever took and experienced no feelings of nausea. I stoppy taking vitamins for years because i was sick of feeling sick when i was not sick. i highly recommend to women over 50 that have a sensitive system. As others have commented the pills are large, but they include vitamin A. The brand I was taking does not. Having issues with my eyes right now, this is important to me.

I find them difficult to swallow and I haven't noticed much of a difference but I just started taking them. doctor told me I needed to take a multivitamin and I purchased this brand because of the price, they are affordable and there's more than 30 in the bottle. if the price stays decent I will continue to buy them.

I ordered Centrum minis. When they were shown to be out of stock, I deleted them. The Spring Valley tablets are huge as seen through the transparent green bottle. They are horse pills.
