This work! I've tried all doses %26 types

Jenn April 17, 2026

I've tried almost every dose and type of melatonin out there, I read that 3mg is the sweet spot range if you need help falling asleep and the time release is key for staying asleep. Higher milligrams of melatonin are NOT better, I was using the 10mg and it did nothing for me, maybe 1-2 nights but after a certain dose melatonin isn't effective anymore. Timing is key — take 1-3hrs before bed and based on my research 3-5mg is the dose that most closely reflects natural melatonin release.

formula for falling asleep

RANDALL October 3, 2022

when i have a sleepless night from an overactive mind the combination of three supplements allows me to fall asleep: melatonin (3mg), tryptophan, and ashwaganda. i get so sleepy i sometimes oversleep by an hour or two! but that feels so much nicer than insomnia.

Excellent

JOE January 26, 2020

I have found that the 6 hour time release melatonin helps me sleep longer without bathroom trips during the night as well as sleep better. I take it about every other night and it helps considerably for sleep and reduction of bathroom trips during the night so I wake up refreshed.

Sweet Dreams

CAROLE April 9, 2020

I have been using regular melatonin for years but for the past year I have been waking up in the middle of the night and not able to quickly go back to sleep. Adding this to my regular melatonin gives me a solid 7 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I swear by it.

CHARLES December 30, 2019

This stuff is a godsend. Used to take the 3mg drug-store melatonin and would wake up about 3-4 hours after going to sleep, like clockwork. Then have trouble getting back to sleep much of the time. Most of the time, this will get me a good, solid 6 hours, at least.

Seen Improvements In My Sleep

Adele June 28, 2020

At first I was not sure about switching from 10 mg melatonin to 3 mg, but I really needed the timed release option because I was waking up in the middle of the night and then being unable to sleep again. After I started taking this 6 hour timed release one, I have had many more nights of better sleep. Even if I do wake up to use the bathroom, I fall right back to sleep.
