I'm taking as an antioxidant and in 2nd place for sleeping, It works very well
Since this product is a slow release melatonin it keeps you sleeping most of the night instead of part of the night with the regular melatonin.
Have other products from them. I was taking non-time released ones of another brand. Woke up many times at night, sometime hours before going back to sleep. I take a small non time released one to act quickly, and one of these. I have had such great sleep. Get up as older ladies do at time during night to wee wee, and right back to sleep. use to not do that. Truly being released over time has been a help for me.
best supplement for sleep
Good results. Use it every night.
Helps me stay asleep, and/or get back to sleep if I do wake up.
.....Great Melatonin for sleep. ....This brand is a very good quality.
The 5mg extended release Melatonin is nice, because it's not too strong and it releases more throughout the night to keep you asleep. However I have realized that melatonin works significantly better when paired with a little bit of vitamin c and vitamin b6. the product you see beside the melatonin bottle actually has both of those in it which is why I take one of each. By itself the melatonin is not quite as good as I hoped, but the combination makes me have a very restful night.
These are mild supplements that are easy on your stomach and very helpful for a getting a good night sleep; however, it does take longer than regular melatonin to fall asleep.
Cap doesn't stay on. As far as medicine itself, it helps somewhat. Still woke up at occasionally, but not quite as often
