BIG YAWN!
I have real trouble sleeping. I've tried everything, this product works! It used to be that if I woke up shortly after I fell asleep I was stuck awake. Now if that happens, I'm still drowsy enough to fall back asleep. No other variable has changed – so I can attribute it to LIFE EXTENSION Melatonin IR/XR. I gave it five stars for everything except taste, because it's a capsule and you don't taste it… Silly question, don't you think? Anyway, if you have trouble sleeping this product may be your answer. It certainly has and is helping me.

I'm able to take less and works better with the combo of short/long acting melatonin in one cap. Hosest review. I reordered this and got the bigger bottle!
