I was very low on my energy level recently and researched and read extensively before trying this supplement. I decided to try out for a months. I didn't noticed immediately but after 2 weeks of taking this supplement along with my CoQ10, i have noticed less fatigue at the end of the day . I m going to continue this for 3months to see if more of my energy level is better.

I don't think it's doing anything and the more I read, the more I think studies are now showing that taking NAD+ doesn't do much for the average person.
