The reason why I switched to Cast iron Cookware is because i have thrown more than 5 non stick pans for a period of only 2 years. When temperature goes above the limit, it tends to warp and coating is coming off. I am very pleased with cast iron, no more unhealthy coatings. just extra scraping after cooking which is worth it after great tasting food. Especially meat. Love it! And I can pass it on to my next generation. Just season it regularly and you will see the beauty of Cast Iron.

A nice quality skillet, as you would expect from Lodge, made in the USA. Perfect when you want to make just a little bit of cornbread. Would definitely buy again.

nice little skillet. I cleaned it and reseasoned it myself and it seasoned up very well. I like the nice sloping sides because when I cook an egg and want it to slide right out it does just that! I might even have to buy myself a second one.

I needed to replace my old nonstick and after looking into available options I decided to go with cast iron. This is a good size, and if it behaves like my other pieces, should become pretty unsticky over time.

Really like the shape and weight of this skillet.

Great little pan for cooking eggs! If you let it heat up for about 30 seconds on medium heat, it cooked over easy eggs perfectly!

I love the shape of this little pan. I use it for eggs, beating tortillas, and reheating small portions.

I love LODGE cast iron. 🥰 The description on Walmart.com is a square griddle. The image is an 8" chef skillet. I wasn't certain which I would receive. I'm happy to report it IS the cute 8" Chef series Lodge skillet! Yay!! Great pan!

I received the 8” circular that's pictured, not the square 11” like the item description says. But the 8” is the one I wanted so it worked out. Always love Lodge's cast irons. Ever since the first one I bought, they have become a trusted brand for me. And they stick by and back up their product, if for any reason, there's an issue or defect in manufacturing.
