I only have a couple recipes that call fir vanilla bean paste instead of vanilla extract, but it does makes a difference in those recipes. This has a great depth of flavor.

I love this vanilla paste and would give it 5⭐️'s had seller not plastered a non removable sticker around the bottle that covers all identifying information. I made a video to show the mess but there was no way to post it here. Leaves the bottle sticky and nasty feeling to the touch. Leaving a containing that dust, flour, etc sticks to it and not cleanable.

It says vanilla bean PASTE, its more liquid than that. More like a syrup, the label says alcohol and glycerin, the alcohol is definitely there and slightly overrides the vanilla flavor. It does taste like vanilla so I hope the alcohol evaporates during cooking. I wish it didn't contain xanthan gum but it's in a lot of things these days as an emulsifier. Overall, the price was better than real vanilla extract but about equivalent to artificial extract. I will be testing it out in some baked goods soon, I think it will be fine as a sub for the extract I usually use.

The product smells nice, but unfortunately it arrived with a broken factory seal. The paste didn’t leak out into the packaging, but it did leak all inside the lid.

This tastes like a strong Vodka. For that matter I could have made my own with vanilla beans. I would not recommend them and I will not be using it either.

I'm so dissssapointed I thought the regular sized one were good, but these uwholesale size both the bean paste and extract are taste like a bottle of Vodka!!!!!!!! No vanilla notes
