This brand seems to be a higher quality than the last brand I purchased. I take 2 at night, usually after dinner, and within a couple of hours, I'm relaxed and ready for bed. The last brand didn't do much in the way of helping me to relax. I'll be buying this brand again.

We need magnesium for the bones heart for pain and sleep . Magnesium glycinate is the right magnesium easy to stomach too .

I started taking this magnesium to help with sleep and it's the best magnesium I've ever taken.

I bought this in hopes of it helping me sleep. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me, but according to a lot of reviews, it seemed to help a lot of poeple, so maybe I'm an anomaly.

I don't know if it actually helps. And they're big, so they're hard to swallow.

I purchased this brand of magnesium because my usual brand of glycium lycinate was out of stock. Within 20 minutes of taking my usual brand, I would start getting sleepy. That did not happen at all with this product. I am doubtful of its stated effects.

The tablets are large caplets way to big, that I had to crush put on my food to swallow it easier. Problem is, the pill was spicy hot to tongue %26 inside mouth. My food I put it in was my usual plain oatmeal with sliced banana in it. I will be returning this.
