I would definitely recommend taking this right before you go to sleep and trying the smallest dose first as if you take too much, you might not have the best time. I take about 3 a day and it's very gentle except maybe a mild cramp like sensation that lasts about 20 seconds ish in the morning. I've tried other things to help and I believe the trick the best.

These were recommended by our doctor for a family member. I kept buying the smaller bottles over and over again which would only last for a month because of daily use. When I saw this larger size bottle available it was such a great savings cost compared to buying the smaller bottles monthly! These tablets have a sort of strong odor when you first open the lid and smell them. It works better for my family member than other over the counter products. I would recommend giving them a try if it is something you are looking to purchase. Once we have finished up this 1000 tablet bottle, I will be looking to purchase it again from Walmart!
