I love love love this smoked paprika. Just enough smoke taste, with that touch of sweet paprika. I have been using it on everything! Potato salad, and pasta salad by if you mix it in it will turn pink, so just too with it! I put on bhrgers, steak, broiled fish! Wish I found this year's ago! Just great flavor! This produce takes your food to another level. I use it in mostly everything I cook. It just makes your food taste so much better. I keep a supply of it.

Lightly coat your chicken breast with olive oil and add McCormick Smoked Paprika. You'll love the taste. Just what a boring piece of chicken breast has been needing.

Paprika never seemed to have much flavor. My mom always told me that it was more for looks, but this smoked paprika has that smoked flavor that I love.

I love to cook and experiment with different spices. I have used regular paprika for several different dishes and have heard chefs on tv talk about using smoked paprika in their dishes but I never tried it this til now. I made some baked catfish and used just a bit of this spice cause I was not sure how it would come out, along with some lemon pepper seasoning and it was very good. A little went a long way and gave the fish a nice light smokey flavor and had my guest wondering what was that extra little something, something he was tasting. It also gives a nice color to the dish since baked fish can be a bit bland looking this gave it a more "roasted" look to it with out having to over cook the fish to get that nice color. So this is now my new secret ingredient. Would definitely recommend and buy again.
