Helps with leg cramps
Helps with my leg cramps. I have used this a couple years to help counter the side effects of my hypertensive diuretics. Consult %26/notify your physician of use so they can check your blood levels.

Ask your doctor if these might help you
I have anemia and need to take iron supplements for my blood. Sometimes, I wake up with terrific leg cramps. My doctor told me to take potassium and magnesium to relieve the cramps. This supplement seems to help and stop the cramps.

Caused bad stomach problems and
I tried it twice and both times about an hour after taking it I got bad stomach problems and the rest of the day I felt faint, weak, and nauseous.
