why i bought this one (2nd one i bought for family members) is because its got a longer %26 wider seat than all the others i shopped for on all different sites. its just more comfortable %26 feels safer. attach the legs into the holes,no tools, takes 3 minutes if ur counting.u can easily adjust height w/ the holes. just know like all things, it must be cleaned every so often or the legs %26 under the seat get skeevy w/ the shower soap,water gets in the holes, etc..but best buy out there. %26 affordable!

The bench is of good quality, sturdy, and well made. That's the good news. The bad news is that it is bigger than it looks and much too large for my shower. I decided to return it...BUT when I pull up my order it says "This item is not returnable." Don't know why. I am less than happy. Guess I will go back to buying from Amazon. Their return policy is much better and though I rarely return things, to me returnability is important when buying on line where you cannot inspect the item before buying.

this was a little bit too wide for my bathtub or shower stall. also it did not grip the floor of either the tub or the shower stall and had a tendency to slide. the seller was great and the shipping was great but the item itself was not totally safe for me.

This seems sturdy at first but then one of the legs started bending. The person who used this was 250 pounds so I wouldn't get this at all. It is also NOT returnable so I would try something else. Reading another review seems to have had the same problem. For yourself or a loved one you want to fill safe in the shower seat , so this is no go.

DANGEROUS. Says it will hold 400 lb, but do not believe it. The legs are rickity and unstable. No bracing on the flimsy legs. This thing could cause serious injury. I put it together, and realised it would not be safe, reboxed it to return, then found out is is unreturnable, even though never used. Out $35 on a limited income. Hope all others read the reviews before purchasing this flimsy chair, especially since it is unreturnable.

the day i git this item it broke. the legs started bending and making me inleveled and nearly falling out of the shower had my husband not been there to catch me. this is unacceptable and should be removed from the market altogether! someone could be seriouly injured MORE than they currently are using this sorry piece of aluminum disguised as medical equipment.

The Medline Durable Bath Bench Shower Chair without Back, Supports up to 400 lbs, Grey purchased on November 4, 2022 became unusable within a few weeks. It is January 6, 2023 and I have had to purchase another shower chair. The issue is that the legs on one side seperate so far you sit at a slant.

the screws on the legs do not stay tight and the leggs spread out and I almost fell but was able to grab mu safty bar. my husband has titened them multipel times but they loosen after a few days. it is unsafe or defective and not eligable for return , so I am out $40.

The leg of the bath seat bent in the shower which caused me to fall out of the shower and onto the floor. The description said it was safe up to 400 lbs. I do not weigh anywhere near that. I weigh 257 lbs.
