When i riped the plastic around the lid it ripped all the way down to the end of the label which is an issue because the wrapping is loose so if it falls you can no lo ger tell what it is

Half of this allowed me to fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep for four hours. I was a bit groggy the next day but I'm more sensitive than most people. This is a great option if you have trouble falling asleep occasionally.

I've used the 5mg tablets which seem to be effective, but for some reason, the 12mg tablets don't work as well. When this bottle is finished, I'm going to go back to the 5mg.
