I get that it's daily, but feel like something during your period or leading up to it would be best? Seemed like a long time to take this product as an everyday thing, but I don't mind since the ingredients are nothing too crazy. The packaging is cute & it helped me a bit - I'll purchase another bottle & give it an additional try!!

However, these bottles only have 30 in them, and on the bottle it says potential results in 3 months. So with only a month of use, it's hard to say if they work or not. They have an herbal taste to them if the pill touches your tongue. I hope these have potential and work for someone. Worth the try if you want to commit to the 3 months for help with symptoms.
