This does a fantastic job at getting cloudy water to turn crystal clear!

I was skeptical at first. But these are a must for every summer. They lasted a few weeks almost a month. And it kept the pool crystal clear. No hazy water. I would say to get its own container. I tried adding it with my tablet and that didn't work to well. This year I bought its own container.

Been working on clearing up pool with lots of moniey spent on different product. After utilizing the shell cube started seeing much improved conditions; however, several days of continuous rain did not allow its full affects to take place.

Tried this product for the first time and found it somewhat effective - rated between 3-4 for these reasons: 1) It disintegrated sooner than the 30 day period after placing it in high flow areas. It probably did what is is supposed to do, but didn't last as long as I thought it would. 2) Being really sticky, I found it challenging to move from one high flow area to another to find the best location to distribute the product. I would have liked it better if it was more "solid" and not so squishy and melting down so fast. Or maybe a large sized gel disk to last longer than the 1-1/2 weeks that I had it in the pool. Thanks.

Put the product in the pump basket and it was gone in two days. Don't see where it made much difference in the pool water.

The jell tablet globs up in the basket and creates a mess. Blocks flow of water to filter which creates a suction that, even with pump off, makes it difficult to remove basket! I'm going back to the PHFree tablets!!

This product is not worth the money, follow the instructions precisely and it lasted no more than 3 days and it was completely gone
