I'm taking the pills in the evening, as I'm not eating as much. They have helped but I must say I'm taking the powder throughout the day. They are easy to swallow and do the job. Collagen it's known for its benefits regarding the skin, hair, and nails. The gut blend helps with digestion. A must-buy!

This product is easy to take and I love the minty smell and taste. I usually hate vitamins for their smell so this was a pleasant surprise. I've been taking them for a week and I feel like they've made me more regular on top of the collagen benefits I wasn't expecting.

I believe that collagen is very important to general health … and is missing from many diets. I like the mixture of bovine, eggshell & fish. And the additional items for gut health … however I was surprised by the peppermint smell & taste of the capsules. Personally, I like peppermint, but I could see this being off-putting for those that do not. Overall a good general blend to add into the diet for general / gut health.

This is a great concept! Taking collagen and probiotics. Both are good for my skin and my tummy. Also, I love licorice even though there is no single bit of the smell of it. This product is also easy to take. Looks so far so good now. I am taking lots of supplements now, so will gradually increase or decrease the dose though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken collagen for many years and this product really steps it up! First it has a great blend of various collagen sources. But the selection of herbal ingredients for the gut are reall exceptional, along with the probitoic. I have never found another collagen that gets all of this in one supplement. Every ingredient in here is beneficial. And I love the nice pepperment flavor, too.

Great ingredients great product

There are other products out there that offer better value, and can also help with gut health for a lower cost. I know they do not include collagen, but I did not see any added benefits. I was extremely disappointed.

Was hoping this would show some results but I saw nothing. Tasted like a little mint flavor. I wouldn't have wrote a bad review but this review popped up .

Wanted to love this product; I was so excited to incorporate a multi collagen into my regimen to get the bone benefits that are lacking in other brands. However, within days of starting taking the pills, I noticed an increase in acne-like marks on my body, but especially on my face. I thought it may be just be hormones, but they have only continued to appear for the last few days, and the marks are “water-y” (so not true hormonal pimples/cysts). I would recommend double-checking the ingredients before purchasing.
