I've ordered this collagen multiple times. I like that it comes from multiple sources including the different kinds that work in different ways. I first bought this for my mom who is 91 and wanted something to help with her hair and nails. This also should help with her joints. She was having such good results with it, I decided to try some myself. I was surprised at how quickly i noticed my nails growing faster and stronger. Hopefully, it's helping with joints too. We are both happy with this collagen. Neither of us take the full recommended daily amount on the label. We both take much less and have still seen very positive results. The bottles are always sealed and well packaged. I have trusted the Carlyle brand for years and am very happy I chose this product.
